As an LMT, my goal is to provide effective rehabilitation for those affected by injury and somatic dysfunction.  Somatic dysfunction occurs when parts of the body are positioned atypically long-term, which leads to chronic pain and/or tension.  Using an intuitive and multimodal approach, I will design individualized treatment sessions.  These sessions seek to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each client in a safe and nurturing space for healing.  I will encourage and guide clients to use self-healing techniques that complement the therapies utilized in each massage.  I welcome clients that are open to exploring alternative methods for treatment of physical pain and willing to navigate the emotions that may accompany it.
